The Sankaty Head Caddie Program strives to develop moral, physical, academic, and leadership skills in the context of a residential caddie education program. Boys learn the technical aspects of caddying while also gaining an understanding of the value of honesty and integrity, self-control, and personal responsibility.
Relationships with other caddies, staff, and club members create a foundation for important lessons about respect, pride, work ethic, and other essential components of becoming productive citizens both in our program and beyond.
Throughout the summer there are many opportunities for caddies to expand their horizons and prepare for their academic and professional futures.
Sankaty Head Caddie Program is a place where lifelong friends are made; boys become young men; and future leaders get their start.
