7:00 am - Wake-up/shower, etc.
7:00-8:00 - Clean huts/breakfast, in order of cumulative inspection score of Hut the previous week
7:30 - "First Bench" caddies go to Caddie Bench
8:00 - Inspection of Quarters
8:15 - Flag raising; Morning Quarters; Work assignments
8:15-9:30 - Work Party - daily chores around the facility
Caddying All Day
3:00 - Bench Closes
3:15 - Sconset Afternoon Liberty
5:45 - Return from Liberty
6:00 - Dinner
6:30 - Team Sports/Golf
7:30 - Free Time
9:45 - Start getting ready for bed
10:00 - Lights out
Caddies have at least one day a week off except for special tournaments like the Member-Guest tournament in August where every caddie has a "loop" for 63 holes that weekend. The Summer ends with the Annual Caddie Banquet attended by all caddies, Sankaty Head Foundation Board members and other Sankaty members. Annual academic scholarships and sports prizes are awarded at the Banquet.
